Fiscal Management Division

The Fiscal Management Division is responsible for the administration of the Commission's budget and other matters of a fiscal nature relating to the operation of the Commission, including administrative functions concerning the collection of the public utility regulatory fee. This fee is collected from all jurisdictional utilities and is used to fund the operation of the Commission and the Public Staff - North Carolina Utilities Commission. This Division also has the responsibility of acting as liaison with the Department of Commerce's Personnel Office and the responsibility for preparing the Commission's annual Analytical and Statistical Report.
