(Docket No. W-218 Sub 478)
Presentation by Aqua Will Follow the 10:00 a.m. Staff Conference Meeting
Monday, October 23, 2017
Commission Hearing Room 2115, Dobbs Building
430 North Salisbury, Raleigh

On October 4, 2017, the Commission issued an Order Requiring Notice and Granting Authority to Impose Mandatory Restrictions on Non-Essential Water Use Within the Stonehenge Master Water System Service Area. (Click here to see that order.) Aqua was to use that authority only if absolutely necessary, and the authority was to end on October 18th. The Commission’s October 4th Order requires Aqua to update the Commission on the status of service from the Stonehenge master water system on October 23.

The Public Staff – North Carolina Utilities Commission is representing consumers in this matter. If you would like to send them a question or comment, you can email them here.

Members of the public are welcome to observe the Aqua presentation on October 23, but there will not be an opportunity for public comments.  If you would like to file a comment in this matter, you can email the Commission here
